Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the easyPDF website and online tools (the “Service”), provided by Magnetic (magnetic.computer), the “Provider”. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The service
easyPDF provides free online tools to compress, merge, split, convert, rotate, watermark, protect and unlock PDF and image files. The Service is offered “as is” for personal and professional use. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time to improve or maintain the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:
- upload or process content you do not have the right to handle, or that infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to remove protection from documents you do not own or are not authorised to unlock;
- upload malware, or content that is illegal, abusive or harmful;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- use automated means to abuse the free tools beyond reasonable personal use (an API is available with easyPDF PRO).
3. Your files and content
You keep all rights to the documents you upload. We process them only to perform the operation you request, and uploaded files together with their results are deleted automatically afterwards, as described on our Security and Privacy & Cookies pages. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to process and for keeping your own backup of important files.
4. File limits
The free Service applies reasonable limits (such as a maximum file size of 20 MB per file) to keep it fast and available to everyone. Higher limits are available with easyPDF PRO. We may adjust these limits to protect the stability of the Service.
5. Availability and “as is” disclaimer
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Always keep your own copy of any file before processing it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Advertising
The free Service is supported by third-party advertising. Advertising and analytics cookies are loaded only with your consent, as explained in our Privacy & Cookies notice.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
